Turbo, it is so hard going on each day without you.  People around me don't understand how I can just cry randomly, seemingly over nothing.  I talk to your mom a lot since she understands where I'm coming from and it helps tons.  But I'm still missing you!  I can hardly believe its been almost a year.  It feels like yesterday.  The pain is so real, so intense, unceasing.  I still catch myself worrying about you, but then I remember that you're safe now.  I'm happy for that.  I miss you more than most people can understand and I think about you all the time.  Keep burning rubber on those streets of gold.  You keep the engine warm and I'll be there soon enough.  I love you!!!

Lori, you have been such a blessing to me this last year. I really appreciate all your love and support as I struggle with losing Steven.  You are such a great extra mom!  I hope you know how great of an impact you have had on my life.  You are an amazing and strong woman.  Thank you for everything!  I love you!!!!

Hi my name is deedee, i knew steven when he went to LJA and when he was in pathfinders. Infact most of my memories have to do with him and pathfinders, and what not...and all i can say is we all miss him...

From all of the things that i have heard about you, all is good! I just wanted to let you know that you are loved and thought of daily. I also wanted to let you know that even though you are not with your family, your mom is doing great and that your other family is doing great. Look after your mom from time to time and just let her know that you are there with her no matter what.

I have always had the upmost respect for you and you do hold my highest esteem. Keep your head up and focused on the Lord! You are a great mom and a great person. The Lord loves you with all of His heart! I do encourage you to not become bitter or angry towards God. The Lord does want us to mourn over loved ones that has passed on but He does say that there must be a time for rejoicing. The Lord does alot of things for a reason, most of the time we will never know until we see Him again. The Lord called Steven home for a reason, that we will not know till we see God! But please do not get bitter or angry, instead rejoice for Steven went to be with the Lord. No more pain and tears or hardships, he is a far more better place than we are. Prasie God for that.
